Hola , yo tengo un problema no tan parecido a este ya que cuando enciendo la pc sale la marca del computador al inicio(hasta ahi normal) y luego la pantalla se queda en negro por unos segundos y luego vuelve a iniciarse y el ciclo lo repite hasta cuando yo la apague (ya que si no lo hago esto sigue hasta el infinito) en otras palabras no puedo acceder al escritorio ni nada ¿que debo hacer?

Tengo un problema mayor ya que la mia es una notebook y no tiene para cd y al hacer los mismos pasos al iniciarlo automaticamente me aparece una ventanilla diciendome Instalar windows. windows no puede completar la instalacion en modo seguro. Reinicie el equipo para continuar la instalación de windows. y es todo lo q hace :(
