My version of Woocommerce doesn't have a place for adding Shipping options as you didi above. Nor does it have the option of adding handling fees. Anyone know why my setting are different and don't display those options?

+Ruby K Yeah, that's the my problem. Even though it appears that way in the video above as well, I have no section in my version. Under the Flat Rate Section, it only offers me the Flat Rate Enable section and then the Shipping Class Costs section. There's no Shipping Options section.

+Hal Masonberg You should be able to add your shipping options into the 'Rates' section under 'Add-on Rates'. That worked for me.

What in the world did WC remove the ability to set multiple options!? What a downgrade. Someone needs to create a plugin called "Better Woocommerce Shipping" that let's you unlock this restrictive garbage.

Woocommerce doesn't have these options in it anymore for flat rate. How can I create different shipping methods?

+Matt Bingham You should be able to add your shipping options into the 'Rates' section under 'Add-on Rates'. That worked for me.
