Данный способ не всегда работает, особенно он не работает на новых платах MSI. Лучше использовать загрузочную flash установленную в разъем JSPI1. https://forum-ru.msi.com/index.php?topic=82309.msg241210#msg241210 В этом случае больше шансов на восстановление. И не теряется MAC сетевой карты.

У меня было только две матери с таким разъемом. На обоих все получилось. На новых матерях не проверял.

Men, I need help, I install today iPC AMD INTEL 10.5.6 PPF3, but everything is working great, but all funtion, but my screen it's not working, I have an MSI Geforce 9400 GT 1 Gb, and a widescreen of 22 inchs, and when I install that I have used Darwin 1024 MB and also prove with an option of video that said Apple"whatever", because said for 9XXX, but still don`t work??? could you look and tell me what happend??

@farquaon I have the same mother board as you do in that machine. I had my machine up and running 10.0.6 with 2 partitions. I removed on of the partitions as it was just being used for testing as i was updating from 10.0.5 - 10.0.6. When I did this and restarted I am getting a boot0 : error. can you offer any help with this?

Why you need to disable the serial and the parallel port? I would like to build a similar configuration, but with 2 hard disks, or 2 partitions. One for Mac, and one for Windows. So I would like to make use of RS232 and LPT1.

Another thing, I regret building this system because I love this machine so much, but the motherboard is limited to 4GB of RAM so I am capped to make it like 8GB and getting better performance out of VMWare Fusion.

Hi, what is the graphic card you used? I have the same MOBO and CPU but I couldn't make OSX86 to see the onboard graphics card. Which is an intel gma 3100 as you know.

Hi! Did you manage to add the larger HDD? I've done the BIOS update on my 410C, added an old 6GB drive and it still shows as 500MB under DOS and Win95. Any luck with yours? Regards!

how do I enter BIOS SETUP on this machine ? I've tried F10 but doesn't work.

Noritake GU256X64 -372 VFD Test 2 :)

VFD running off of LCDStudio. I forced my parallel port into EPP mode via BIOS and the display is running stable. :)

@schnappy00 It's due to the camera. I was actually surprised when I first saw this, I figured that the image was being updated via progressive scan, but obviously not. Looks as though it is using a horizontal refresh. The camera may have been picking it up mainly due to the angle it was at. When recording with the camera directly facing the display, things are a lot more stable looking.

This VFD's is displayed with scanning left to right by columns. The refresh rate of this display model is approx 60-70Hz. Human eyes can not see the flickering but the beat with the camera timing might cause flicker looking.
