On a perkins you have to bore and hone after you press the new liners in
correct?? (6-354). Thanks

no you don't have to, these liners were finished service liners

Ok so I reckon that's the easy part, what you never seem to see is how
they go about putting a new liner in, for example do you freeze it first
or just pull it back in, and then how do you go about honing the bore to
take to piston, I bet most folks doing it make a right balls up and
are too scared to put it on video , would like you to tell me how you
did it, !!!

+Kilhamjim Just gently hammer the sleeve back in. use a block of wood between the sleeve and hammer, and use a square to verify that the sleeve is going in straight. the sleeves need no further preparation. they are already bored and honed.
