//www.TFLcar.com ) The 2013 Nissan Rogue is a small crossover that's more off-road worthy than you might think at first glance. The 2013 Nissan Rogue ...
yes 'us americans' use all season tires, because that's what the dealers
put on our cars. i have a set of all seasons, AND a set of winter tires on
my mazda because i drive 600 mile for work. I have no idea wtf 'atr' stands
for, it might be a place to start. in this review i saw no snow whatsoever,
and I saw no need for 'proper winter tires'. Given that I live in Maine in
the USA, where there are 4 distinct seasons, I know that anyone with a
brain can take this review and apply it accordingly.
if you're able to think, use the information given to you (by others) and
apply what you know (from them AND yourself) to be true to this
information, CONGRATS! you will have arrived at an informed decision. This
is what it's like to be an intelligent human being. I hope you get used to
it, because that means we has a human race have done something right, by
teaching our less fortunate friends (you) how to join the rest of us and
save you from natural selection. You're welcome.
My Fiance and I are both planning to purchase new vehicles as a college
graduation gift to ourselves. I will be finishing my M.A. and she will be
finishing her M.S both at the same time during the Spring of 2015. I
already know I want to purchase a Nissan Frontier Pro 4X and she is
considering the Nissan Rouge (As a family vehicle). I wonder if Nissan
would cut us an even better deal if we purchase both at the same time....
Of course this is just a dirt road. That's why we made this video just for
you: watch?v=zxvI5mw63EI. We have a $100 USD that's all yours and you can
prove your point to over 100,000 TFLcar subscribers. Please take us up on
this challenge. So far no one has had the cajones to actually do more that
just comment about how easy this looks.
I am impressed with the capability of this little crossover. Especially
when I realized that this was the Rogue and not the Murano, which I've had
on my brain lately. I know the interior of this vehicle needs a makeover,
but after seeing this . . . I'd give it a test drive . . . for my needs
anyway. Good vid guys! Keep 'em comin'!
Wait, you can't blame the running boards on the Rav4 when you guys said
that it was the exhaust that was the limiting factor. ;-) See, there are a
few of us out here with no life that we not only comment, but read your
comments and then comment on your responses ;-) -- Great job guys! I enjoy
your vids.
Not that you are going off-road all the time with it but pushing the car to
its limits and seeing how well it did, makes you sure that this is a good
and safe car for your family. But I agree, it is beginning to look
outdated, like the Suzuki Grand Vitara. Great job guys.
dude they talk all the time about 'real world testing'. to me that means
'stock car testing', or...'as you buy it from the dealer' testing. which
means they will have the OE tires, not optimal off road tires. obviously if
you add solid off road tires, it'll do better.
Aloha agumon5 if you wait for the all-new design Nissan Frontier It should
have a lot better MPG and the all new Nissan Rogue for 2014 will have a
hybrid set up in 2015 I should have a lot better gas mileage the all-new
rogue gets 33 on front wheel drive AWD gets 32
I am not talking about off road tires but ATR tires. Even worse when you
Americans test snow and winter driving with “all season stock tires”
instead of putting on proper winter tires. There are different tires for
different purposes that all I am saying.
Great job guys. Im impressed on this crossover and how well it handled the
trailblazing compared to others in its class. By the way, don't pay
attention to these ignorant people who are trash talking this video, their
mouth's are bigger than their wallet.
This is a great and fun review :) I'm a registered nurse and I need to get
to work in the winter which can be very stressful. I just bought the 2013
Nissan Rogue today and I was already very happy but your review has made me
ecstatic :D
haha priceless! I like your reviews but I wonder would you consider testing
with more proper tires on all your 4wd tests. It would be even more
competent with for example Cooper AT3 s on it.
What exactly broke off of the bottom? My dad has a rogue and the radiator
deflector panel came off after running over a big traffic cone that fell in
front of his car in a construction zone.
The nissan Rogue needs a make over imo. It looks boring and doesn't offer
much except for the all around view camera. Other small size suv's are more
suitable for onroad and offroad.
It's due for the redesign, but hopefully Nissan shouldn't lower the ride
height. The Subaru Forester has a Lineartronic CVT. The AWD Lock is almost
similar to the Forester's X-MODE.
