Here's a guitar lesson on how to play Waterfall by The Stone Roses. I'm using a Heritage Les Paul Gutiar, a Fender Blues Deluxe amp, and an Okko Diable Gain ...
Amazing tutorial mate. You've earned yourself a subscriber. Any chance you
could do "I am the resurrection". Can't find any decent tutorials on
YouTube. Thanks
Hey mate, I'm loving the videos! Keep up the good work! I'm a little
confused on what exactly that A-type chord is and what strings you hit...
Is there any chance you could explain it? Anyway keep doing what your doing
as it is really helping me out, cheers.
NEXT GIG: The Total Stone Roses @ The Piper, Hull - Friday 5th December 2014. Tickets: //bit.ly/1yj7uzN Guitarist from the UK's No.1 Stone Roses Tribute ...
As I remember, there's a fair bit of compression and some light delay from
pedals, and also I've got my phaser pedal on, slowish sweep. The amp is
just a clean analogue Roland Cube, mid 4, bass and treble 6. Hope that
helps!?
thanks for the advice it was the best waterfall tutorial i could find on
youtube, I'll let u know how i get on. keep up the good work. big up JPH
and big up the Stone Roses. :-D
good lesson, im glad someone finally got round to doing this as i never had
time, i did an acoustic version in 2007 but never broke it down. As you've
clearly got more time on your hands than me break down the solo for
everyone :) And use a capo so its the same as the original :)
Haha, hey mate, good lesson there, good tune, good personality. I hope you
have got more on here of you teeching ! Your teeching method is great,
little bit of a pollish up, take a little longer maybe, but a joy to learn
from you, cheers
hmmm, this must be some one winding me up! I don't believe that any Roses
fan could be such a complete loser and write such pathetic comments on
another persons channel. ;)
@ 00:46 ... marty dont pretend you didnt know we weren't watching you ;)
jks jks... just wanna say if you're struggling with the strum pattern try
playing with him at the start of the vid just by listening and not actually
playing the chords.. just strum along... literally took 5 mins to pick it
up and i'm a novice at playing guitar... hope it helps :) keep up the good
work buddy, really enjoy your vids.. :)
you might pause the video to take a look at the strumming ... or just jamm
around to find out what the strumming feels like....you have to feel it!
dont spend to much time on reading the letters... i think it commes
naturally if you just try it for me its not that difficult, but maybe its
because i have played drums when i was a kid any way thanks a lot marty go
on the others :D
This guy is awesome! About a month ago i didn't even know what a guitar
was! Now i can play some pretty awesome songs, including this one...THANK
YOU ((: P.S. Would appreciate a tutorial on David Bowie - Ziggy Stardust :)
just practice man. Ive always wondered why people have a tough time with
strum patterns, but once you really begin listening to the music and
feeling it, rhythm comes naturally
D UDUD U D D DU. Fix your arm movement, make sure that it's steady first,
like a pendulum. And then listen while moving your arm to the 0-20 intro.
again and again. U'll get it
still dont get the strumming pattern idk why i cant get it I obviously got
the strumming pattern onn the screen but when he says it i get it much
better
