@sharinggon456 Venus passing infront of Sun is called Venus Transit and its a very rare it happen in pairs every 120 years, the last one was in 8 June 2004 and I witnessed it myself and have video about it here in my channel.. the coming one in 5/6 June this year..yes I do make video about it to let you how is going to happen, and I include the map of the world to show in whic part of the world can be watched, as it wont be visible from the countries that is in night time during Transit period!

@wp4866 NO, NO the sun never stops, its I who stopped it to show you a clear point that the moment the Sun reaches the point of intersection of Ecliptic and Celsetial Equator its what called Equinox, and there are two points as such, one venal equinox when spring starts in northern hemispher and the other called Autumn equinox when Autumn starts in northern hemispher !! don't even forget its what we see from Earth point of view in reality its Earth that moves around the zodiac constellations !

@sharinggon456 my friend thanx for the comment, you see the lines drawn here are imaginary same as latitudes and longitudes here on Earth, it help us understand the process better, however if you have a telscope with setting circles on Equatorial Mount then you see the Sun is on Declination Zero on that day, that is the Declination of Celestial Equator extending from Earth Equator onto Space, meaning the sun is overhead on Equator and afterward cross it hight and higher till Summer Solstice !

@sharinggon456 OK, just to answer you, yes with eclipse glass you can see Venus transiting Sun surface, I did see it one on 8 June 2004 and was beautiful..of course you can project Sun's image onto a white board or paper and then clearly Venus can be visible as circular black spot, its different from irregular shapes of a sun spots, but hope venus transit is visilbe from your country, and I am going to make a video about it and a map showing visibility of the palces throughout the world !!

@KurdstanPlanetarium i think that was meant for someone else :p i was talking about being able to see the shadow of venus in the sun if we use those special sun glasses for eclipses

@silverchill1 well in Australia, you going to have an Autumn Equinox, while we in the North having Spring Equinox since Australia lies below the Equator... so the Sun is moving away from the South towards the North...
