- At 04:22 you put back the black strip.
What kind of strip is that and can I put everything back w/o that strip?
- *I removed this tape from the cooling system. You have to use it again,
it's hold the fan to the radiator and obturate the place between them,
otherwise part of the air flow will go from there rather than through the
radiator. It's not fatal but is not good. You can use an insulating tape.*
Yes, with a different processors, also there is a variant with integrated AMD Radeon video, But the chipset must be the same. Can you give me the full model name like 15R-xxxx

+spiker907 I recomend you Arctic Cooling MX-2, MX-4 - good price and good quality.

+Priyesh Karle If it is the case. You have 2 solutions.1. Format your system by backing up ur HDD. (Some malicious content may corrupt ur system like this) 2. Change the board, as well as HDD (Back up your data)If you feel above solutions are costly just exchange ur laptop for the new one
It was working. But then from some days it stops work for me so i went to
repair shop. The guy change the screen and everything worked like charm.
But after 3-4 days same problem occurs again and now D+power is also not

+sparsh khandelwal It is a permanent solutions as long as ur board is in good condition. It's better to backup ur files once ur laptop starts up to not to lose ur data. Thanks :)
Yeah it was initially overheated but it was resolved after it service. No overheating now. I tried D+power 20-30 times in the morning. But seems it is not working . Any permanent solution ??
+sparsh khandelwal May be board or HDD or Overheating problem Bro! Check once with Technician. Mostly with Board with overheating only. Try to use good cooling pad if it is overheating.

White screen on a dell laptop. PLEASE HELP! (via YouTube Capture.)
Hey guys this is a trojan virus if the mouse wasn't showing then it might
be the cord that connects the screen to the actual PC is broke sorry to say
but I think yours is a virus.
In this video I remove the hard drive from a Dell Inspiron n5010. Table of contents: Removal of: Battery 0:09 CD Rom 0:23 Ram Memory 0:25 Keyboard 0:33 Top ...
I'm stuck on the part where he just pops the keyboard off. That's
completely insane how buried that hard drive is. This is quite possibly the
worst design I've ever seen Dell come out with.
+sam1174 That tape isn't to hold it to the board. You have to lift up the black latch holding it down (in the case of the keyboard from the left when looking down on it monitor in front). The tape comes out with the rest of the bus.
+sam1174 I second this, sticky tape on the model I'm working on too. Make sure you've removed EVERY screw from the underside, and if the keyboard still feels screwed in or stuck on the left side don't be afraid to use force and tug on it to get it out!
+squirreljester2 The keyboard was the hardest part, but only because it has double-sided tape on the back of it to hold it in place. It was a PITA to get the tape to separate. I have no idea why the builders felt the need to tape the KB in place.
+squirreljester2 I totally agree, the fast forward motion is rather stupid, but what you have to use is a simple mini flat screw driver or some sort of plastic putty knife will do the same thing.
Thanks for that video. I was wondering how to access the HDD!
When I put my laptop on, it has a black screen and 8 beeps. I have tried
other RAM's and has the same problem!
Would you have an idea what this could be?
Thanks
+Sukhi G check the manual.. they have given how many beeps correspond to which problem... i think it has the graphics card problem.. which will be needed to be replaced.. cauz i hv gt it rplcd it lmst 4 tyms n aftr dat its mtherboard died
+John40ish Thank you my friend I managed to buy a new hard drive now I need to place it in my dell laptop which is not easy and buy a disk so the hard drive can be translated into the laptop or something like this I was told in the computer shop.

I have a Dell Inspiron 1525. Great video. Not as hard as I thought so. The
articles I read made it sound complicated. My laptop's date and time keeps
resetting back to 2008 12:00am. I read to do the diagnostics. Would you
happen to know any other solution? Thanks a lot! :)
@thezafragroup Usually that is a bad clock battery. Depending on the
laptop, it will be either a coin style battery, or something (usually blue,
green or yellow) with a red and black wire on the end that plugs in.You may
have to dig inside to find it.
I have 8 beeps and black screen and blue screen with stop error 0x00000116
and test lcd graphic fail error 2000-334 ...please can you tell my how to
fix it my pc Dell inspiron not 5010 cori5 win 7 home premium
@herdmor Yes, you need to update the bios. The original C series systems
and Inspiron 4000 and 8000's did not natively support it, but a later bios
update added the feature.
