No but try not to do too much Squats, deadlifts, or anything over head. I started when I was 12. But when I was 14 I took a huge break of weight lifting after that omg I grew 2 -4 inches, puberty was waiting for me. I would do the same if I were you take big breaks then when your 16 Try the powerlifts. Last thing try to eat a lot you will need a lot of nutrition.

Friendly hint for anybody who's just discovering this: go check El-P, the producer of the album. Not only does he mix shit that will leave you paraplegic for an hour the moment you hit them, but he is UNTOUCHABLE - not even Aesop Rock touches him, in my opinion - on his verses. He is, in my opinion, the best wordsmith that has ever graced the underground Rap movement, and although I'm still young and keep on discovering amazing artists from every single musical genre, I still have to find somebody as great in delivering lines and verses that not only make sense, but far more important, allow you to empathize since he's talking about issues that really matter in your life. Best songs by El-P to check are: Deep Space 9 MM , Request Denied , TOJ , How to Serve Man , Patriotism , Poisonville Kids No Wins , 4 $ Vic , Krazy Kings 3 , Last Good Sleep, Stay Down , and my personal favorite, Smithereens. No need to say that you need genius.com open on the side tab, the dude spits metaphors that will fuck your brain up.

+MincPubInk Look, I do worship Aes on a regular basis as well. But his ideas and themes are a bit too abstract. Generally, my responce to him can be summed up like this: Oh, he spits great metaphors, about how alone he is and about the way people don't figure out what he is all about, that's great". On El-p, especially when you have SEEN and FELT in many ways similarly, you end up with your jaw on your feet, because he speaks your life. He isn't abstract, he is just an average man that puts his thoughts and doubts into words.
