+Mike Morelli I got it... Yeah, my slave pedal also goes for a walk sometimes, but I think it's normal once it's "free" over the rug. But sometimes it's kinda good, because I move a lot while I play, so I can position the pedal wherever I want depending of the moment. A velcro, anyway, would be a great solution, if not a definitive one!
+Ulisses Piassa I play on a dw drum rug. very solid. The arm attachment from the cam to the direct drive link on the slave side has play in it. It's as tight as it can get. Must be a factory defect. Im gonna gave to buy some velcro strips to stick under the baseplate, it keeps floating
+Mike Morelli Well, I'd not say "cheap", I think Demon Drive is really built to last. The noise may be something related to the greasing, or maybe it's the natural noise of the springs. What surface are you using to place them while you play?
Same here, my demon drive slave side never stays in place even with anchors and makes an awful clanging noise. Very light fast pedal but cheaply made to say the least.
