This video is about BUYER'S agent / Property finder who act for the buyer
and get paid by the buyer. the service / finding fee is usual set fee
ranging from $9000-$17,000 depending on the property purchase price. --
Will ask i Find Property to comment too. A "Listing Agent" who list a
property for sale BEHALF OF THE OWNER can charge anything from 1% - 4% or
anything in between on a scaling structure. this is depending on the agency
policy. on average it is mostly around 3.5% paid by vendor only.
Most listing (i.e. "selling") agents charge up to 4%. Buyers agents usually
charge their buyers less than this.

What do Fish Look Like on a Lowrance Fishfinder
A quick video showing off the Lowrance HDS Fishfinder to identify fish in cold water. Using Pallet 13 really helps show off fish hugging the bottom.
Good video.I have an inexpensive lowrance and almost never see an arch like
they show in sales adds.So most fish will be just a black speck and not an
arch? And I have to being going faster to see an arch or do the fish have to
be pretty large to see an arch?
Installing a Lowrance X-4 fish finder on a kayak with in-hull transducer
This video shows how I installed a Lowrance X-4 fish finder on my Viking Pacer kayak, including mounting the transducer inside the hull. The 'silicone' used is ...
+Mitchell Deye I imagine the temperature reading will not be as accurate as when the transducer is in the water, but probably only off by a few degrees. The seawater does a pretty good job of cooling down the plastic kayak, so the reading on the FF screen is probably within reason.
Hey! I really need some advice. Do you think the thickness of my kayaks
plastic could interrupt the signal. Im trying to install using 3m sealant.
Do i have to sand the plastic before to narrow down the foam or should it
be fine without. Thanks
+Eric DiDomenico just need to make sure it is clean and dry, not sure which cleaner would be best, some may melt the plastic and others may leave residue that will prevent glue from adhering properly.
+Eric DiDomenico My gut instinct is that most roto-moulded kayaks are going to be very similar in hull thickness. That kayak shown in this video also had a fairly thick hull, so you will probably be fine. I didn't / wouldn't bother sanding the plastic, I think the smoother it is, the less likely you are to have air bubbles or sonar reflections. Good luck, hope it works well.
