All The Young Dudes - David Bowie / Mott the Hoople (the 2 versions)
'All the Young Dudes' is a song written by David Bowie, originally recorded and released as a single by Mott the Hoople in 1972. At that time, Mott the Hoople ...
bowie's original version is much cooler than the one that mott the hoople
played. the out of kilter , ascending brass was genius.............. but
they were both great tracks in their own right.

Fixing A Broken Lighter: In-depth Diagnosis for Repair
I went through and filmed all the easy to fix lighter problems that a butane lighter owner may face. I have a table of contents at the beginning to help pin point a ...
Thank you so much! By removing the rubber and metal rings from the flame
adjuster, I was able to completely repair a lighter that is very precious
to me!
Hi
I got a new butane flint lighter. I can hear a hissing sound (the gas is
coming out) but I got no flame. I wasn't able to lit it with another
lighter either. however by adjusting the valve too low, I managed to get it
work but the flame is not of any use in this state. please note that I've
emptied/refilled the tank twice. any suggestions ?
thanks in advance.
+Ramtin Haddadzadeh If your lighter flame height is not adjusting up-and-down when you use the flame height adjustment screw or knob that is probably your issue. Something internally is stuck in the lighter to prevent the flame height from adjusting, I really don't have a fix for this issue except to recommend turning your flame height adjuster up and down repeatedly to try to loosen whatever is stuck. +Regency Cigar Strangely, the flame is burning pretty smoothly and it's totally blue. it's just too small. there's one thing that might help; although after adjusting the flame to higher level, it cannot be lit with another lighter, using the lighter's flint in this setting causes a yellow spark of flame for just brief moment. it is as if the flame is started to burn but fails to continue after a moment.
+Ramtin Haddadzadeh The flame shape is solid right when you light it with another lighter, it's not distorted in anyway? If it's not a perfect flame they don't alway like to run right...
+Regency Cigar No. after turning the adjuster counter clockwise, the hissing sound increases. so it's evident that the valve is still operating somehow. however turning the valve slightly higher will extinguish the flame. in this situation the exiting butane can't be even lit with the help of another lighter.
+Ramtin Haddadzadeh What do you mean by flame out? One thing that I find happens on older lighters when you turn the adjuster to bring the flame higher or lower nothing happens and the flame is always too small. This is one problem I do not have a fix for :(. Is that's what is happening?
+Regency Cigar just too low. any attempt to adjust the flame higher results in flame out. after that the butane can't be lit with other heat source until the adjustment valve is turned back to very low.
I know you posted this vid a while ago but i just wanna say a great thanks
to you! after a year of my lighter not working and every solution tested,
in only 10min i figured out what was wrong and i fixed it! thanks a lot!
