Some more info about this house: Official name: Portabello Estate Location:Cameo Shores, Newport Beach Price: although they were asking 75 million, they only got 36 million. This house is not in a gated community: you can walk up and right the doorbell of this guys house The beach in front of this house, although not well known, is public, not private The house spans 3 lots and has 22,000 square feet of living space

question is, who would want a house that big? seriously? the bigger the house, the more you'd have to dust and clean. can you imagine the time it would take to put christmas lights on that house? or how much the power bill would be? or even the taxes on that property, holy shit it's just a big money pit.
