definetly. I will one day. however excessive sprinting makes you age faster as well. I only want to sprint moderately and not passing the boundaries of extremism like these super electric rugby players

+اخ سليمان Does that say insha'allah?  I see. I wasn't sure but it does. I do recommend you do try rugby out it is an excellent sport quite exhilarating and personally I find it to be more satisfying than football and other sports.

No but im into parkour and free running without any of those flips. Im just 19, and on an anti aging diet as well as a daily workout to condition my body for parkour and speed. This includes high jumps wall runs n muscle ups. Hopefully by the age of 40 I will reach my peak

Absolutely brilliant player. Was almost undoubtably set for Australian Schoolboys halfback this year if it weren't for a season ending ankle injury. The opposing halfback was selected as Australia A's number 9 and we see how Kennedy schools him without much effort at all. A very talented young man with a great skill set. Will be looking forward to seeing his progress over the next few years.

Not to mention completely turning Tepai (Toyota Cup Para) before beating who i believe is Taane Milne (Roosters SG ball or toyota) with sheer pace. Wonderful try not only displaying great speed but a sharp eye for opportunity. I've seen some great tries in my time but this ranks up there.
