For not using agave is only one reason... With that ''aka'' home made sugar
syrup... Each house has one of their own recipe how to make it. So u
actually don't know the sweetnes of it. Even if he tells you how much of
water and sugar he used, u can't really be sure... That is how they
sometimes protect their own cocktail creations. Plus, in this video
smashing or hitting the mint with your bare hands..... well,.... u really
have to have some clean hands for that,.. :)
