I lived here for a year I didn't have any of the issues on move in as you did. But i would NOT recommend these apartments. On move in my a/c would not filter the water correctly and ended up dripping on the floor for a couple days till they could "get someone out". During the 12 months I lived there the roof leaked all over my furniture when it rained. I told them numerous times. As well as the sink leaked and caused it to mold under. The person below me had my water leaking in their apartment

Read reviews before leasing! Especially out of state people who cannot see the apartments in person! **There aren't any actual photographs of the apartments anywhere on the official Eagle Creek site for a reason!** Visit their facebook page and read the "recommendations" - they're all negative. I now have to live in apartment 12.. They LIED to me and said the tenant in apt 12 "wasn't accepted to UNT" and canceled their lease. The video clearly shows otherwise! Don't live at Eagle Creek!

Not to mention that before I moved in they said the floors would be "SEALED" concrete. NOT SEALED. They soak up everything. Then when i asked how to clean it up I got no response. They had told me everything was included in rent. Not the case. When you go for a tour they'll only show you the Model Unit. Which is the BIGGEST unit and very nice. So don't be fooled. Management SUCKED here. Continuously harassed about having pets. When I had told them I had pets and paid the deposit.

When i was supposed to move in they were doing renovations. I was supposed to move in on the 1st, it is now the 4th and I still havent moved in. There is a big hole in the window, cables exposed and the ceiling is still open. Did they let you out of the lease?? Bc that is my next step. Im soooo pissed at this point.

WOW! THis is crazy girl! That's horrible. It was seriously like a joke was purposely played! So glad I came across this video. They are off my list! I hope you got everything worked out.

We didn't think of doing this. When we complained they gave us a month off the rent but I know everyone had this problem on move in day.

Yes they gave me my money back and let me out of my lease but I had to take drastic measures!

If you look on your lease you'll see where you don't have to live with pest it's unhealthy and uninhabitable. Look online and read about it. They're required by law to rectify the issue or let u out your lease and refund dye money. Send them a certified notice and they'll have to abide by the law.
