Agree - this is great. Powerdrift, Thunderblade, Galaxy Force, Virtua
Racing, Sega Rally1+2, Hotd1, Planet Harriers, and Alien Syndrome.... but
definately Powerdrift :D
Thanks for sharing this video. I bought it on the PS3 and have been playing
it quite a lot. I was very used to the Genesis/MD version which I bought
along with the system in '89. The only thing I miss is the shop aspect. It
gave it a bit more longevity and it was fun to start with a slow clunky
bike and work your way up to a speed demon. :) The trophies add a bit more
value to these games, even though they are pretty easy to achieve. I also
grabbed Revenge of Shinobi.. Classic stuff!
Hey buddy, great to see your video on this great game! You forgot to use
the turbo (the circle button) :-D I used the smooth option to make my big
LCD screen shows this game a bit more close to those normal tube tv's. And
back in that time, arcade monitors where not 46 inch wide! LOL. I also
played it in 3D at my nephew, and i really liked it. And after getting used
to the 3D, i could finish all the tracks :-D Have fun playing this game.
Kind regards, Ronald.
I use 'Quality Street' chocolate wrappers for anaglyph 3D glasses; they
work extremely well. I never understood why games don't include a 3D option
(especially if it can be altered to your own preferences) as that would be
amazing. Perhaps it's for the reason you said, but I would really enjoy
games that are so immersive.
This looks good i may have to dust off the 360! I have to agree that if the
downloadable games were priced right then maybe i wouldn't have such an
issue with them. You certainly can't argue against giving a younger
generation the chance to play these arcade classics on modern day consoles
:)
I actually have bought alot of compalitions lately. Many because its just
more cost effective and I may never own these systems. I just bought 120
games for $30 dollars, wich is much more affordable then buying them
individually. I would rather play it on the original hardware however :)
I have looked. There is none. But I put a load of cardboard toilet roll
centres on my bicycle and pretended they were mufflers etc. and rode down
the high street hitting people with sticks. Until I crashed. Then I lost
all my money to O'Leary, a local gangster.
Holy crap that's breakneck speed compared to the Mega Drive version! No
slowdown here - don't think I'd be able to handle it. Might just have to
get this. Is the sit-on arcade bike controller included in the four quid? :P
If you want, but if you take the folded wrappers and simply press the lower
half against your face below your eyes, suction will reliably hold them in
place. YOU DON'T EVEN NEED FRAMES OR A MASK!
I have the Mega Drive version and it sucks. First it play too slow since it
is an obvious NTSC "port", second there is no save option only those
passwords. ZX Spectrum version all the way!
this is also downloadable on wii virtual console arcade for 900 wii points.
check out my super hang-on video's. i like watching your sega video's steve
i have more video's coming soon :)
I wish this was downloadable on steam, i play it on mame to death, if i can
get it legally i will, i know the main issue with the megadrive version is
a random slowdown at certain bends
Never played this but have heard lots of good things about it. Out for
XBLA, you say? Must go and check it out, then. :D Ooh, you won some
trophies in this video. Nice! Good SWILL! :D
I'd like to know whether the steering is analogue, and whether you can
adjust it to be less sensitive. This is one of my favourite games to play
with unlimited 10ps, very challenging!
Very nice version indeed. Was a good game at both the 8 & 16 bit level, but
nice to have a modern refresh that does not go too far i.e. keeps it's
arcade feel.

SEGA Super Hang On - Playstation 3 PSN version (Thank you SEGA!!)
This is a proper emulation of the arcade game, with great extra settings, and a cool timetrial mode whwere you get to upload your time to the hall off fame online.
+Paul Barnes I have this on the 3DS as well, also Out Run and all the other Sega arcade and megadrive classics. They surely surpass sometimes even the arcade version! (Out Run has 60 fps instead of the 30 fps of the arcade version for instance). The game play feels better on the 3DS than on the Xbox 360 or Playstatoin 3, so i am happy they re did this one on the 3DS (y)

Host: Chad "OMGchad" Johnson It's time to talk about maps. How to make them, how to put them up on a wall, and how to seamlessly connect them together.
+Fire dude 123 Not exactly like this. The map will stay within the frame so instead of covering the frame and having that nice seamless look it has a separated look to it.
