The alignment wizards over at NV Auto dial in Project GripS14 so that it's ready to hit the track. Follow us for up to the minute project updates: Web: ...
+AsianBro92 Nope, had to buy new ones since they're a one-time press fit deal. :( Driving around with them I haven't noticed any more NVH which is really nice!
+Eduardo España You can buy aftermarket LSD for the R180. I know Cusco makes one but always check with the manufacturer to be sure it will fit the S14 application.
Sweet baby jesus. I cannot wait to see this thing on the track & find out
how it stacks up against the S2k & FRS.
Sidenote: Did you ever detail your wheel/tire setup in a prior video? I've
been looking all over for it...
+duane willis No spacers, the KW's are slotted for camber adjustment on the upper bolt that hold the coilover to the hub and I cranked that out to the max to get the wheels to fit then used the upper pillowball mount to adjust camber. They fit like a glove :D
+Speed Academy Thanks, but holy crap, you got 17x9.5+28's to clear the front coilovers?! Do those KW's just have alot of clearance or did you use a spacer? Most S-Chassis coilovers I've seen need something like +15 offset or less to clear 9.5 wheels.
+duane willis I mentioned it in one of the first videos but the setup is as follows: 17x9.5 +28 SSR Type F's on Toyo R888s 235/45R17 & 255/40R17Hope that helps!
+TheOg Boosjukie There are an ocean of drift car builds out there. Hardly anyone documents a grip-focused build for a 240 anyone. That's what got me to subscribe.
Love all your project cars but that s14 is especially beautiful. Would be
cool to see a comparison of the s14 and s2000, two proper build and
different track cars. Anyway, keep doing your awesome work.
