I didn't get a detergent note from it, but I also didn't get a fruit note from it either. I did get a sweet flavor and I agree with you, I want to call it vanilla, but it's not really vanilla. I don't see this as tasting like honey either though, but it certainly has a sweet note, that isn't too overpowering. It's a good smoke, has a flavor but still know you're smoking a tobacco. My only downfall with it, is I get a gurgle with it.

Lady Y has definately improved her pipe smoking technique. She definately gets it smoking nicer than some of the early vids. It does take some practice to keep it burning well, get nice rich puffs but not over do it so that it gets too hot and harsh. Little French inhale whiffs like she was doing in the recent cigar vid should be very pleasant with a nice pipe tobacco.
