What's the point if the other stadiums have nothing going on, even in the early season of Football, the traffic issues there would be insane. No it's not a good idea to add on to that area, that would be a mess especially for those that travel out of the Oakland airport just down the way.

+Zennie62 Yes creating some sort of Sport stadium nexus as you call it doesn't make sense. You mention it would be state of the art, and people could spend the entire weekend there. The Coliseum's and Arena's proximity to the freeway as it is causes massive traffic issues, having a sports nexus there would just add more issues. Besides, what would people do during the weekend there, there won't be anything for them to do but go see a game when Baseball, Football, or Basketball is in season.
