...how do you plan how much meat to cook? (half pound per person?)
...after the pork butts are done, how do you keep them warm while the ribs
are cooking?
Just had dinner at Honeymunk's Saturday. It doesn't get much better than
that! Next time you hike Linville Gorge give a yell and we'll treat you to
some Georgia wild hog bbq with Lexington bbq sauce. It's worth the heart
attack!
Have you ever tried cleaning the grate with an onion sliced in half? We do
it all the time down here. Reason I am asking, that is an awfully big grill
and I wonder if one onion would work?
