The name of the revelation given to Moses is 'Torah' and it is organized as a list of commandments. - Over time, The original Torah was not preserved and the governments of Israel began modifying laws of the Torah for their own benefits. One of these contries was Turkey, and that same exact Qur'an is still preserved today in Turkey. - Since the Qur'an is preserved in people's memories it is impossible to get rid of it. Their are over a million people all across the globe who have memorized the entire Qur'an. - God made the Qur'an so that it is preserved in peoples tongues & hearts rather than their brains. Only God can produce such a miraculous amazing poetic revelation like the Qur'an. - The Arabs along with the billions of Muslims living today have not violated God's law to fit their own. - Although, their are a small number of muslims who are becoming corrupt; Al Qaeda & ISIS for example. The Prophet Muhammad prophesied that near the end of times Muslims would begin becoming corrupt and start violating the laws of the Qur'an. This has already begun with groups like ISIS & Al Qaeda, and it is only getting worse now... - It is prophesied that the Messiah, Jesus would return and get people back on the true religion of Islam. Sorry, this turned into a bit of an armchair thesis. IMO It is not stupidity on the american side. It is the exact same strategy by another bunch of extremists. It is such a basic trick we were probably doing this for so long it is in our genes. It doesn't need any conspiracy. * Start with a population of moderates. * Pick some polarising division. It could be race, religion, gender issues, whatever. * Become an 'extremist'. Attack the other side in the name of your side. * Rely on some group on the other side to reciprocate. Why? Read on. * Repeat by reciprocating back. It is just nature that people feel the attacks on themselves more strongly than attacks on someone else, especially if those attacks happen in another country. Your attack on some innocent moderates over there will probably initially cause the moderates on your side of the division to be repelled. However an equivalent attack on them by extremists in the name of the other side will have even greater effect, resulting in a net movement towards your camp. The result? From a population of moderates, create a world of shit... that you are king of half. The opposing extremists are king of the other half. Together you are like one organism shoving moderates into your maw with both hands. Something I think you will never see is two opposing extremists whose attacks accurately hit each other and leave the moderates to get on with their lives. That is the opposite of their goal. For this strategy to work, the moderates have to accept the division is significant. Until they do all they will see is two extremist groups attacking moderates, ie them. Once the moderates accept the division it looks like the militant arm of the opposing side attacking them, and the militant arm of their side defending them, and the slide in to shit begins. I think this is why there is such a battle just to force Obama to use the term "Islamic Extremist" while he insists on just saying Extremist. On the one hand you would think it so ridiculously obvious that ISIS are Islamic extremists that there shouldn't be any harm admitting it. On the other hand the people trying to force him to say that term are also the people who take every opportunity to imply muslims are homogeneous and that Islamic and Islamic extremists are interchangeable terms. BTW isn't ISIS a weird name for ultra extremist islamics? Are they going to look up a dictionary one day and realise they have to flog themselves to death for naming themselves after an Egyptian goddess of wisdom?
