Looks like a good place to start...alot changes once you start training with it all. Thats not to say that its "wrong" but some things work some things dont. You should do an update if things have changed

I actually do have the ASP forward when im geared up, got rid of the leverage cap it was a little much.. Thanks for the comments

I am currently a pre-service cadet, most are in the academy i am in. Recruiters from agencies all over the state recruit cadets

Move your mags to your left side. Come on now think things through. If you're right handed and your weapon is on your right side, why would you put your mags on the same side when you clearly have to reload with your left hand?

+thflash09msr when I have to carry that style mag carrier I do it the exact same way. It's much faster than support side carry.

Unfortunately in some police departments you do. Usually the smaller ones. Or if you are a reserve police officer sometimes the most they will issue you is your sidearm bit other than some pds don't issue anything out at all no vest no gun no gear only uniform and badge.
