How To Identify A Cop - Asking For ID Card That Matches the Badge - Undercover Police
Is a badge good enough ID to know if someone is a cop? I discuss options and ways to ID cops that may or may not be in Uniform or may not be driving marked ...
Someone of the nicest people I know that have made amazing parents have
full body tattoos. Yes you can tell when you pull next to an outright thug
cuz usually your instincts tell you (which even still you would need prop
able cause) I'm just saying that I understand a little more but pulling
over and harassing a driver because they have "tattoos" then you must have
been a busy officer. I don't like the stigma that comes with tattoos. Do
appreciate the other info you are sharing.
+Think Like A Cop - The Rest Of The Story I went to AA for a while and, man o man... the cops were fishin' hard there. Tattoos, strippers/hookers, drunks, druggies, liars, thieves, cons... the whole schebang.I'm not razzin you T-lac, it was just a funny thing to observe.I like your style, BTW.
+Kathalyn Eastin You are focusing on ONE thing I said and taking it personal. I have never stopped a person for a tattoo. However if they are in a shit area where everyone does drugs or crime and they are driving a piece of shit car which looks like I would insurance it, the car as dents, they are dress with gang colors and bandanna, have 4 other thugs in car AND PRISON LOOKING TATS, then they get my attention. If that offends you, I can't help that. Next someone will be complaining that I said here I stop POS cars and that is unfair. TOTALITY OF CIRCUMSTANCES.
Absent a Warrant or exigent circumstances (like hot pursuit) of a Felony
crime in progress COPS / DEPUTIES MAY NEVER ENTER YOUR HOME, and the
exception is you give them permission to enter. NOTICE DON'T OPEN THE DOOR;
DON'T GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO ENTER, YELL OR TALK THROUGH THE WINDOW.
Google "exigent circumstances" and you will find it applies to many more circumstances and levels of crime than you think. Misdemeanor domestics in progress where parties refuse to open the door constitute exigent circumstances for instance.
These people call themselves "Law Enforsement Officers" and an officer
means official but ask any one of them what article II section II of the
U.S. Constition is. 9 times outta 10 they can't answer, doesnt sound like
much of a "Official" to me.
