Yes it's sad but Police made the right call. A cornered black bear is dangerous They will slap and swat with their claws. There were schools in the area.

The police had no reason to shot the bear. They could have waited for the animal service to take care of it. Whats there hurry, the bear was not attacking and was corner. The police in Toronto sucks they should have waited. They arrive to late. Poor bear.

I'm glad to see an open-carry proponent actually standing up for their rights in a way that doesn't simultaneously make them come across as a total asshole. I'm all for open-carry of firearms, but so many of these videos involve some douchebag who is clearly looking for trouble while spouting off his rights like a broken record with the constitution memorized by heart. This woman, on the other hand, is just a regular person standing up for her rights like a firm yet respectable individual. This is how it should be done.

Damn just cooperate. Just cause you say you are not going to hurt them... People are sometimes their own worst enemies.
