I got diabetes at 10 years old and remember every half an hour either needing the toilet or needing a drink I went to the doctor and my blood sugar was 26 while in hospital I had to have a needle in my foot for blood. I thought it would be hard but it wasn't. After a year I got a pump and things were a lot easier but it has to stay in at night. I'm now 12 years old

You're amazing, I hope you know that. I know someone who also has diabetes, but I'm not too sure which type she has. Anyway I watch her inject herself and she does it like right in front of everyone like it was totally normal for everyone to see her inject herself or do that, but she doesn't care, and that's the main thing I guess. It always amazes me how the people who are sick and/or possibly dying still fulfill their dreams and wishes and they're the strongest people you will EVER meet. And I think us "normal" (if you like) people should be inspired by you and the other people who have been diagnosed with a variety of different things because you are just simply amazing and incredible. Oh, and I love you:) x

Hi =) nice vid. Wow u only inject three times? Do u eat really low carb stuff for lunch or do you just not eat often? And I never knew that some people actually have three different kinds of insulin for three different times of the day. ( I guess one of them is the long acting one?) And an other thing...I've been wondering this for ages now... How come so many Diabetics started to drink juice or coke when they felt thirsty (before diagnosis)? I don't want to be mean, but why on earth would u do that? I mean it's obvious that drinking sugary drinks won't really help when ur thirsty. When ur thirsty u have to drink water. Isn't that what parents tell their kids wordlwide? ;) If ur thirsty don't have sweet stuff. Probably coke and juice made some peoples diagnosis more unpleasant than it might have been anyway.

(Acts 10:38) The devil seeks to steal, kill and destroy. Jesus came so that we would have life abundantly.. Sickness is not abundant life. And Jesus as my example as a man filled with Holy Spirit and in union with God never got sick so I believe that is for us also. Could you imagine God the Father putting sickness on Jesus so that he would grow in obedience or something of that nature? Would an even decent father here on earth deliberately put sickness on his child to teach him a lesson?? I hope not! And knowing God the Father is always good there is no possibility for this in my belief. He is Good all the time, and sickness is never good.Jesus healed all who came to Him with exception. If God was the author of sickness, then Jesus would have been going against God the Fathers will, and we know that didn't happen. God bless you!

You Still Need to continue your medications as per prescriptions.
