In just their second year in Oklahoma City, the NBA's Thunder is near the top ten in attendance. Lead by 21-year-old Kevin Durant, Oklahoma City is nearing its ...
@fun1234982 the sonics weren't in any sight to move like vancouver, kansas
city, charlotte, san diego. those teams i just mentioned moved because of
lack of attendance. the sonics moved because of poor careless ownership
(schultz). and effortless help from the NBA. The only thing stern cares
about is makin money these days with 500 mil-1 bil. dollar arenas with
fancy ass restaurants hooked to it. he doesnt care about the game anymore.
its all about the money. that's why the NBA is what it is t
@fun1234982 from oklahoma's point of view, yeah bennet is definitely a
hero, but how can you not be pissed at him still if your a sonics fan? he
still lied to us saying "it's my desire to keep the sonics and storm here
in the beloved city of seattle." i wouldve respected him a little more if
he didnt say that and moved our team. if he just said he was gonna relocate
immediately, dont get me wrong i'd still be mad but i'd at least respect
it. but that man will never have my respect, schultz too.
@fun1234982 i get your point. and if anyone voted for the sonics to stay
then they could possibly be on david stern's bad side. im pretty sure that
had a lot to do with it. mark cuban is the richest owner possibly ever
besides jerrry jones, and paul allen of portland is from seattle and owns
the seahawks also with loads of money. so those were the only two i
expected to vote with us cause there opinions are heard more and will say
whats on their mind cause they got power not just in basketball.
@fun1234982 ok dickhead,, now you crossed the line where you said 1 title
in 40 years isnt good. HOW IS THAT NOT GOOD? SOME TEAMS DONT EVEN HAVE A
CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!! Phoenix, memphis, indiana, cleveland, charlotte, new
orleans, sacramento, and probably more teams dont even have a
championship!!!! and the movie is only from the sonics view because we were
the good guys in the situation you okie twit! what would you guys have
said? "WE STOLE THEM! HAHAHA"! nothing besides that! you guys didnt get
@TheSeattlehawk94 I don't give a fuck about Clay Bennett. He's a shady
fucker. But there is no reason to hate the people of Oklahoma City. We
didn't do shit. We got an NBA team, so we're going to enjoy it. I do hope
you guys get another team. You guys are too big of a city to not have one.
Just build another arena (really though. Key Arena sucks.. too small for a
place like Seattle.) But what did the people of OKC do to deserve hate?
Clay is a cocksucking asshole. But the 95 bombing? Really?
Whoa whoa whoa.... YOU drafted KD? Or Sam Presti did? Same GM dude... Same
organization. Not our fault y'all didn't show the support when they were
going through a low... That's what happens. you dont support, city loses
money. And hell, is it so selfish for a city to want a major league team?
No! We had NOTHING here in OKC to do or pay attention to until Thunder. So
while you're sitting here cursing out innocent Oklahomans, I'm sitting here
laughing at you losing a championship status team.
@fun1234982 you couldnt be more wrong. just for the moment it wouldve been
more money. in the long run it would've been better for us. when the
thunder aren't good at all, you guys are gonna be struggling filling up
them seats. you just watch. and your not a true basketball or NBA fan if
you say why not fine the players. NBA is about emotion. Charles barkley,
dennis rodman, gary payton, reggie miller michael jordan. thats emotion
right there. your the only person that i know that agrees with
@Supersonicsfan12 He gave Seattle a chance, yes it was a slight chance, but
it was still a chance. At least he gave the Storm back.Just think if
someone from seattle buys and tries to move a team back to seattle.Do you
think that they will try very hard to keep the team where it is already
at?They might give them a very slight chance to stay, but the ultimate goal
would be to get them out of where they are at and get the team in
Seattle. They are not going to be to worried about what fans say
@fun1234982 ok, 1) 90% of your facts are wrong, my facts are right because
i get my facts from the movie sonics gate which won many sports awards for
being the best sports movie of the year 2) your saying why am i so worried
about grammar when you said i spelled appreciate wrong, 3) even if bennett
and OKC saved the franchise from going into a (as you would say,) "WHOLE"
they still lied and said they would keep the team in seattle, which they
didnt. L-I-A-R-S. They could've at least said
teams move all the time dumbasses, you ever hear of the charlotte hornets
or the vancouver grizzlies?, not anymore, just like you arent going to hear
the supersonics, they are DEAD, get over it and grow the fuck up. if you
seattle curt cobain freaks care so much, make a new seattle supersonics.
problem solved!! No body talked about supersonics outside that city last
few years they were there, people actually notice the thunder, just like
pops on Friday movie...JEALOUS?? GO THUNDER!!
@fun1234982 yeah i think thats a good idea about the hypothetic 5 second
rule. they should definitely do that. it sounds like a good idea. and yeah
im also glad i can agree with you on something. especially with kobe as
well. everytime him and gasol drive to the bucket and miss they always give
a dear in the head lights look at the refs. its really annoying. i just
hope they dont 3-peat cause i think kobe is really overrated. he is not the
2nd best player of all time in my opinion.
@fun1234982 fining them or giving them a tech. either way? ridiculous!
changes the momentum of the game. a certain amount of technical fouls can
lead to fining quicker. and no shit there always gonna fill up with 80 or 0
wins. you dont have to tell me that either. im not an idiot. as well as new
york or chicago. its Los Angeles, its the 2nd most populated city in the
United States, there never gonna have trouble with lack of fan support. and
how would you with 16 rings? you dont.
@jmurray512 no heart. dont blame our dumbass goverment legislature for
there stupidity. we would have done anything to keep OUR team. we faught
untill the end to keep that fatass inbred hillybilly clay bennet from
stealing them. not only that he took our retired jerseys our championship
and everything else that belonged to the seatte sonics. i am not saying you
dont deserve to have a team but to steal a team that has over 40 years of
history in our city is pathetic on your part.
@tammie411 uhhhhh, ray allen wasnt the star he is now??? are you delusional
or what!!? when he was in seattle he averaged 25 points a game, since he's
been in boston he's averaged 16 points a game. that just shows how much you
know. get your facts straight and correct when you argue with me. and our
owner was sick of our team?!! he sold it cause he was hurting with money
and bennett said he could trust him that he'll keep the team here which he
didnt. he's a liar and a thief.
@fun1234982 no he didnt. he acted like he wanted to give them a chance so
he'd be a good guy. then his true colors came out when the emails exchanged
between him and stern. im sorry but there both rats. i have nothing against
okc fans, its cool you got a team, just not cool how they took the
successful sonics, it'd make more sense to take the hornets cause they
actually played for you guys a year. or maybe even the clippers who have
zero history. even memphis or sacramento.
Kate Upton Interview | Oklahoma City Thunder
Despite trailing by 16 points late in the third quarter, the Oklahoma City Thunder won their 14th straight game at home tonight. And with Kate Upton in ...
I havent seen this vid before...explains everything!!!
O K C areb cumfy clumfy being regulare LOSERS.
I'm in LOonjdon England, been watcghing NBA for 6 years now and O K C
caught my eye back then.
OKC have teased and let down and been dam right patheitic at times ( for
such a talented starting 5) all at OKC should be ashamed of themselves.
They used to own GSW now they cant get within 20 of Golden state.
Try moving the ball OKC - these let downs have cost me money too!
i love OKC i respect the crap out of KD and Westbrooke i know they will win
many championships i just don't like bandwaggoners jumping on the next team
because they are suddenly good i was their watching okc when they were only
winning 20games a season now look at them i was never a sonics fan but
still i love Okc
Lol half of Okc fans are bandwaggon fans its a fact people rooted for them
to win even though they had no chance because of the hatred of lebron
people had, and Philies fans > Okc Fans #CHOKELAHOMA!!!!!!!!
Lakers lol... Thunder fans are not passionate their bandwaggoners like 90%
of the nba its either the lakers or who ever beats them bandwaggon city
Chokelahoma!
