why get rid of the ice at all?? unless they had nothing scheduled for a while involving the ice so why bother wasting electricity keeping the freezers on and keeping the ice frozen. that's the only way it makes sense

+Mike C I assume they would preserve the ice now, with the Islanders in the building. This upload is dated March, 2013...a couple of years before the Isles moved in.
