+Sai Well, here's the steps I took to get it to work.1. Download the server and client for yourself, and tell your friend to get the client only version.2. Before you launch the server, open the config file and where it asks for your IP, put the one that you see on //www.whatsmyip.org/3. Then save that, and launch the VaultMaster file AND the VaultServer file. (Master being first.)4. To connect to the server, just connect to the server by giving your friend your IP from the website and connect to it.

+FleshEatingMouseBottles ! Oh, I haven't actually tried it out yet! But I have watched some videos on it and from what I've seen, FOnline definitely looks pretty cool. I'll have to try it out soon. But I don't think you'll be seeing perks being used that extensively in this Fallout 3 mod anytime soon. The mod is far from finished!

I've never playing the first or second but I'd probably say New Vegas. I love fallout 3 but the gameplay has so much more to offer in New Vegas.Fallout 3- betterDLC+storyNew Vegas- Gameplay+WAY better companions

A lot of you idiots in the comments dont seem to understand how this works. The pc community creates the content, uploads it to Bethesda's site and then from there console players can download the mods. You have to be seriously troubled if you think you'll have the full modding experience on consoles. You cant run script extenders (such as skse) on consoles for example, which is a must for the majority (if not all) of the top mods on the nexus for Skyrim. Mods are most likely going to be placed behind a paywall, and you idiots will pay for it because you don't know any better, which ruins the entire concept of modding, free content for the community, by the community. You want a full fallout or skyrim experience? have common sense and play it on pc.

+Gimmles doe Oh. Smike did milk Skyrim before though. I clicked too many of his videos with thumbnails about mods. Yep, he did that. For example, "Best armor" had a razor scale armor mod thumbnail. Back then i played on consoles and was suckered in, only to find out it was the all-known Nightingale armor. Somehow people think that he milks/has milked only FNAF.

It's not hard to split the screen? Split screen works by rendering two views. There is no possible way to do that in an engine with no split-screen support. Now, if the game used the Unreal Engine, that would actually be very easy. It's all about the engine. Unfortunately, Gamebryo doesn't.

I haven't played it yet, but would it be possible to set up another "camera" to follow the second player in thirdperson? That way you're not trying to play on the same screen? I'm no scripting genius, though it doesn't seem like it would be too hard to divide the screen.

I'm actually doing a playthrough of Fallout 3 where its set to very hard, no crosshair, no vats and has a mod for so you have to eat and drink like in hardcore on FNV. Its really hard but its sooooo fun.

did you change the HOOKMODE at the Options tab on x360ce.exe to Normal? If this didnt work,try change to compability,if also didnt work,change to ALL.... hope this helps

It's not fake. It uses script calls to map actions to keys on the keyboard, thus allowing you to control the NPC. I'm reworking on the mod to make it better.
