@darkhawk1979 damn true about jezza and his top gear comment. Theres
nothing like England:Austrailia sports rivalry anywhere in the world.
Infact the term Sledging is all part of the Ashes cricket game. Beating an
Aussie is always sweet too and especially a day like today! I'm sure you
have lost a icle bit of your fondness to rugger too after we had a great
win over your team at twickenham earlier this afternoon. It's a very good
time to be a aussie beating Englishman right now!!
@ceejay75 Jeremy Clarkson said to Eric Bana on Top Gear that Australia and
England are the last two countries "in the world" that can bag the crap out
of each other and get away with it. Spot on. As for the Ashes I'm not too
confidant of our chances and cricket has lost a lot of its appeal to me in
the last few years, but beating a Pom is always sweet! At least there is
still some real cricket left in the world!
@ceejay75 While I'm not much of a rugby fan it does still hurt when we lose
to you guys! We seem to have a problem when you get your kicking game on.
Webber holds the hopes of Australia in his hands tonight, and I believe
England will be right behind him too, seeing as he made his name in motor
sport in the motherland and lives just down the road from Silverstone.
"we don't like to turn our back on refugees" then that grin LOL - (And we
still dont :D ) Cheers for uploading all the classic Hoges stuff, I never
had the chance to see it first time around, I may not have even been around
for some of it. You're performing a public service by showing these and I
thank you. You sir, are indeed a legend!
@darkhawk1979 no poofter but I am a Pom and i find Paul Hogan absolutely
hilarious :) Us Poms and you Aussies have a very similar soh and are known
for our zany stuff and piss taking. Tim Brook Taylor here knows what its
about being a Goodie legend after all. Oh and Darkhawk we will be retaining
the Ashes later this month, no joke!!!
