when this is popular ill be al like 'HA i beat you guys to it all of you*points at crowd of fandom lovers*and that pic with chibi russia and brittania was so cute and it(sort of) reminded me ofa fic(Frozen Sunflowers)exept its not brittania who turns him into a kid although it is englands fault summoning him from his basement floor like that XP oh them

The Cold War is my favorite war (as far as, y' know, wars go) and I love Russian history. I tried to include some of it in my other vid, since I had a lot of Cold War pictures... And t.A.T.uxRussia is made of epicness. Now when I think of him, I think of many of their songs... Anyway, on to the AMV. This song is perfect. And I love how you edited this. You even have pictures I've never seen before and I consider myself a top picture hunter. This is a definite fav, for sure.

OO; I, personally, would love a history lesson, but I agree with that out of topic statement. XD Russia + t.A.T.u is quite awesome indeed. *nodnod* Really awesome job with this. ^^ Your video editing job was excellent... and I particularly love how you went from the Russia/America hugging picture to the version of them with knives toward each other, which was somewhere around 0:54 . It made a really interesting effect for me, the viewer, to see ^^ 5/5 and fave! :'D

Well... I think they have the Fleur de lis becuase both cultures are heavily influenced by Western European culture. Besides, France has been America's ally since the Revolutionary War, and richer/high society Americans in the 1800s liked to imitate French fashions a little. Also, for a while after Peter the Great, the language spoken in Russian court was Freanch, and French culture/style was popular with high society Russians in the 1800s.

Normally this pairing (to be frank) scares me with its intensity, but when I saw this video with the PERFECT song for it, I can't deny how brilliantly wonderful it was! You did a superb job with the art choices and timing, but what I found most effective were those pics that I thought were innocent and sweet, and then the next beat would morph it into something scary. Keep up the FANTASTIC work!!!

well.. there is no enthusiasm about anything american related in Russia.. to put it mildly. US should be greatful to USSR for brainwashing people about US. Americans are enthusiastic coz feel themselves "winners", but.. afraid this is an illusion. So now US has illusions, Russia hasn't. Sorry for political talk here, just wanted to share some thoughts..Don't pay attention.
