+Younglin pvp If you just want the entire video as a wallpaper you can, though the larger the video file the more ram it will take up in the background. Go to www.clipconverter.cc and paste the link to the official Riot games channel video of Jinx's music video, select "convert to wmv" and select 1080p. Click download. It will download the whole video in 1080p as a wmv which is best format for dreamscene. It will be massive. Hope you have 16gb of ram at least.

+Olive Flute Try downloading on your PC instead of on your phone. Or use ES File Downloader like I do in my tutorial video. The link is fine, just a regular direct link to a video file, still works, I just tested it. :)

I've tried activating Dreamscene in Win 8 and it didn't work- I don't believe it has that functionality built in. There are some 3rd party apps that do the same thing, for example, KM Player.

+Psychedelic Rorschach just convert them to M4R //www.zamzar.com/convert/mp3-to-m4r/ There's also a way to do it in iTunes but I'm not exactly certain of the process becuase I've switched from an iPhone awhile back.
