At first i really didnt like Mr Pregnant. I had a few choice bad words to say about him. I watched his videos ANYWAY cuz they were so incredibly DUMB I couldn't stop looking. But then out of thin air he added 40 pounds of complete lean muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible - look in Google.
