I'm from New Jersey. There are two main accents. In the south you wave a watered down Philly accent and in the north, a watered down New York accent. One thing, most of us, in the south or north, say "cawfee" or "tawk". Also we pronounce the t's in the middle of words as d's. Like "wader" or "ledder" for water or letter. And we "ahrange" or "hahrrible" instead of pronouncing orange or horrible with the "or" sound in words like for and or.

Your accent is more of a NY accent than a Jersey one, without a doubt. Are your parents/family from NY? Most of the people I know who were born in Jersey who DONT have family from NY, don't sound like that. Especially if they're not Italian lol. its more of a hybrid NY/NJ accent. the way you pronounce 'talk', all', 'Brooklyn', "Boston"... Very NY like.
