Yes, it is now someones house, but it was built as a powerhouse generating electricity for a nearby mine. I'm sure it was also a residence during that time as well. This really is a beautiful place. One of my favorites in Colorado. It is a pretty cool drive on this road, though in some spots it can get a little tense in a truck the size of mine! :) Thanks for watching my videos.

@FuzzyBuzball It's really only scary trying to turn around at the top where the powerhouse is. Smaller vehicles than my truck can do it easier though.
