I bought a used vehicle and I didn't know what I was getting into so I got
the gold plan this company had to offer. I had a few repairs down the line
and they didn't cover anything. They gave every excuse in the book to avoid
paying for the repairs. It was a complete waste of money. Now it's expired
and the entire time i had coverage I couldn't get them to pay for a single
repair. The price I paid for a 2 year coverage wasn't cheap at all. Save
your money and Stay Away !!! It's a complete scam.

on your claim & documentation from the repair shop. We authorized the
replacement of your motor mounts for $900 immediately & are waiting on an
inspection report to confirm the repair shop’s diagnosis for replacing all
front suspension parts. Upon conclusion, we will authorize all confirmed

You guys are a total ripoff. You have a wear and tear clause in your
warranty which prevents any wear and tear repair due to normal driving.
This clause essentially allows you to deny any repair you deem. So if an
engine blows up, you say normal wear and tear. If control arms and steering
racks fail after 55,000 miles you claim wear and tear. You buy a warranty
from these guys, including the "premium wrap coverage" they will deny every
repair cost you attempt to recoup.
There is a special place in hell for people who sell worthless contracts
and I hope you guys get sued out of existence. What good is a warranty when
all claims are rejected?
Whats weird is that I posted this like four days ago...after a very
troubling phone call to a rep regarding what was covered. It just hit the
site today?
