Very sorry to hear your adventure with Dell mate. Dell has been going to
Hell as far as aftermarket service goes for quite a bit now.
When I got my iPad 2 back in 2011 when it first got out there was a problem
with the phones jack, there was only audio coming out through one speaker,
got it back to the store, explained what the problem is, they took it, and
after 10 minutes they gave me a new one with the Apple leather cover for
free as a gift for the "inconvenience they caused" as they told me. Sure
Apple is overpriced, but they like their customers happy and loyal. Same
iPad 2 after 3 years of heavy usage is still top notch btw, see no plans
replacing it until it dies!

i have to agree with this, the dell venue 11 pro is a very nice device but when something goes wrong you have to push and push to get something done about it. i found the best way to get something done is to stay on the phone until you get the result you want which is never a good strategy as far as customer service. i have recently had dealings with HP's customer service and i can tell you it was far superior as is apples, micro soft and Nokia (cant say for other as these are the only company's i have dealt with). i plan to make a video later this week with a progress report as well as a comparison of all these company's to see we can work out why these companys are better.and thanks for the support :D
