This is useless info now. The new 2015 Smart Fortwo has a much better turning radius than the Scion IQ - at least 4-5 feet better! That's huge! The smart also now offers both a true manual transmission and a fully automatic version. It also still offers the much more useful split tailgate, the ding resistant panels, and stands out more from the crowd of look-a-like cars. And I love that it's a two seater. There's also the cabriolet soft top and the electric version. The only reason I can see now to get the IQ is because you want a very cramped four seater. I'm 6'5" and the Scion IQ would just be way too cramped! But if you're on the small side I'm sure it's probably fine.
