The reason why Jimmy overcame this was for two reasons, one he admitted to his mistake and two he made amends by paying what he owed. In my opinion Jimmy still has the morale high ground over the biggest tax dodgers on this planet including David Camerons own dad who I don't recall ever being called out regarding this along with most of his best mates. Condemning someone forever is a stupid thing to do, even a criminal deserves a second chance once they have paid their debt to society and understand their errors yet people are still hold this against Jimmy even after how he responded to it.

You don't pay Road Tax so not entitled to use the road!
A Chorley motorist with an IQ of a dead plant, thinks Road Tax still exists. The roads are paid by local taxation, The driver pays a tax based on CO2 emissions.
