question: kapag umaawit nitong lupang hinirang kailangan pa rin bang
ipatong yung palad sa dibdib? kasi kapag walang Flag inaawit ko nalang na
hindi nakapatong ang palad and does the same apply kung sa VTR yung flag
gaya nito do you still have to put your palm on your chest? thank you
Nasa heraldic code natin yan..kung sa military protocol, kapag may flag, you need to salute and face the flag ,kung wala naman, they stand in attention kasi wala namang object na sasaluduhan nila,,,sa civilian naman, according to heraldic code, kung wala ako namali, with or without flag dapat mung ilagay ang kamay mu sa dibdib dahil ang dinadamdam mu jan ay ang hymn at ang meaning nito.pero base sa nakikita ko ngyun, sometimes pag walang flag di na sila nag lalagay nga kamay sa dibdib,i dont know kung may bago bang amendments pero sa heraldic code ganun ang protocol.

Actually, Philippines already reformed their educational structure.
Children of today have subjects relating to their mother tongue or ethnic
language. Basic Math, and Science will be taught using their ethnic
language.
They'll teach the basic subjects using their own dialects. If you're Ilocano, then your basic subjects are taught in Ilocano dialect rather than Tagalog. Books are also written in their own dialect. :)
+Jerick Reyes really. thanks for correcting me. can you provide me some reliable academic sources wherein it is spelt as Pilipino? I thought certain legislators even promote the usage of F instead of P because Philippines is named after King Felipe. I'm open for correction though.
