+Marcus Oliveira fuck man i didnt realize she was fucking with the gardner gonna deal wit this thx homie, also fuk yo sisters at the same time while your dad watches punk ass bitch
That isn't a first amendment audit. All that is was fucking up the time a
few minor offenders got to spend outdoors. You had every right to film but
they can set internal policies that say when you do they round up the
workers and leave. So yeah, you weren't doing anything but fucking up a few
guys on good behavior time outdoors.
+InItForTheParking An even better point than mine. Prisoners would have good reasons for not being seen on youtube, maybe they don't have the right to privacy in public but they like anyone sure have the right to get out of public view.
+Damon Manda I'm not even as concerned about that. I think prisoners should have stuff like this to show that life is both punishment and reward. Do good, work hard and adhere to the rules and you will be rewarded. All that guy did was take away the positive reinforcement they were receiving.
I tend not to like civil servants , but this individual "Dennis" i believe
is his name , a GREAT guy . He should be proud of himself , as we are proud
of him also.
+Tak Edownanotch Not I because we don't have such human rights violations here . But should that change ? IT WOULD BE FILMED ! why should they be any different than"everyone" else ?
why would you want too leave home and go and stand-up and record people
working? would you like it if America passed a law tomorrow saying that if
the rain comes down anyone can walk off the road and shelter in your
gallery, some people don't like that let's be courteous why is that so hard.
+Jason cc "I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending too much Liberty than those attending too small a degree of it" -Thomas Jefferson. Fact is, there is no expectation of privacy in a public space...ask TMZ. As long as you do not infringe on others rights, you have every right to photograph/film in public. Does that mean I love TMZ...well, it is interesting sometimes.
+Thy Horror no she was not working she is an old lady one can clearly see that but the man stood there and point his camera at her. Stop using stupid excuses about the stupid law all he had to do was just shift his position she was there and he walked towards her, people use basic common sense
+Jason cc She could have moved to another bus stop if it bothered her , the photographer to follow her would be harassment . unless she works for the transit company .
+Jason cc "you people"...I am affiliated with "ME" and do not answer for other people's actions. I do find it amusing you would bring that up under a video where I am standing at a minimum 100 yards away lol!
+Bama Camera I saw one of these the other day when a jackass with a camcorder was asked by a woman at a bus stop can you not record me please and jackass said no and she says can you at least move around a bit and jackass says no the law says he can rec out in public. Now can you people at least have common courtesy come on man.
Also, it's not just a case of getting over the wall if you're trying to escape in Texas. You've got to get out of a 150 mile security zone as well. In other words, you can run but you can't hide.
