+carmen75013 Quebec is on my list. The downside is the travel costs to and from. The great thing about bicycle touring is it can be done relatively cheaply especially if you use a tent. I am getting too old for that though so I go to hotels a lot more than I used to. Adding a long roundtrip flight makes it a little less doable. Maybe I'll find a deal someday, though. Hope you find some time to get out there, Carmen. I never regret it once I'm out there.
+Enormously Small No touring plans yet, but I'm not ruling it out :) Canada sounds nice. Quebec? I'll start taking a look at some French roads to explore :)
+carmen75013 Thanks, Carmen. I think it's the cereal that's killing us, actually, especially that really sugary stuff they have the kids addicted to. Any touring plans for 2016? I'm getting a new mountain bike since my old one is having problems. I plan to ride it a lot and maybe forgo a road trip this summer. I'm tempted to do something up in Canada, however, so I guess I'll have to wait and see.
Sugar highs can be great, but the comedowns oh my! I see a pic of that
place where they sell bowls of cereal for like five dollars a bowl. I once
ate half a bag of coconut flakes when I was young. I felt like I was having
a heart attack lol! Then I read the side, and it said it has one week of
cholesterol in every tablespoon lol! What an idiot
Great Review!!! What a nice & happy family you all are. YOu 2 seem like
you're both best friends! Its great to see a man reviewing too. My husband
pretty much thinks everything stinks (except patchouli stuff! Ahhh)! LoL I
can't wait to see more of your vids!
Sorry, but I have to be honest here. I was COMPLETELY distracted by that
baby!!! lol She's getting so big now! I feel like she was just born a few
weeks ago! lol Time really does fly, huh?
@MissJulieJanee Haha. We understand Julie. :-) She is getting pretty big.
We have our four month checkup in about 3 weeks. The past few months have
really flown by.

+couscousandhumus It has enough herb & spice in it to be unisex, plus some mens skin have their own masculine scent so it would not smell strange at all. I wear this, and really enjoy it, however would also LOVE to smell this on my guy. Mmmmmm
Really good review. I want this fragrance in my cabinet, but I've been
hesitating because I got a sample and it doesn't last five minutes on my
skin. Don't know if that is just the sample, or would also happen with the
bottle itself. It definitely does not have the sillage that Van Cleef and
Arpels Orchidee Vanille has. Thanks for the great presentation. I'm going
to subscribe.
+E.J. Deen Strange you mention this, my sample hardly lasts either! But I bought a bottle in EDT and it lasts the whole day plus more. I did wear my sample in very hot heat overseas though so I don't know if that made a difference.
Diptyque is a great French house that deserves more attention from the YT
reviewers. Volutes, for example, is another great winter scent from the
house.
You got the old bottle. The new packaging comes in an oval-shaped bottle.
i wasnt a fan of this one! smells too generic, dont get good longevity on
my skin...and should be priced along the lines of cool water, wings, i.e
lower tier type stuff. not to mention the bottle and box are boring... hey
marc, could you start mentioning if a fragrance smells similar to another
one? for example you mention new harlem smells like rochas. i was going to
try it out but since it smells like rochas i will not bother with it. could
also help others in thier purchasing decisions.
Im not sure what made me love this fragrance...the fact that I blind bought
three bottles and was dissapointed until this surprised me or the fact that
it is a good fragrance by its own credit. Anyways I love what it reminds me
of... visiting a friend's beach apartment and all the fun times our friends
and I had there. Congrats on the review! You couldnt have explained the
fragrance better! This is as fresh and comfortable as a breeze of cool air.
Marc you are absolutely right, it is a wood/floral/musk. How other reviews
get that "grassy" smell, is beyond me. I live in the great Northwest, I
think I know what grass, trees, and other foliage smells like...and
"grassy" is NOT one of them. It is a great fragrance, but it has a definite
strong opening, and I can pick up the musk right off the first spray. It
seems really strong for summer, but would work better on summer nights.
Excellent review, Marc! Your reviews are always very simple, straight
forward and to the point, unlike many other fragrance reviewers here on
YouTube, and I think that's what most of us are looking for when watching
these reviews. You manage to get more information out in 10 mins than most
reviewers can in double that time. It's VERY much appreciated! Keep up the
good work, man!
Hey Mark i just wanted to let you know that i think you're a great at what
you do and i love your videos. I've been watching a lot lately, im in my
20s in college and just really getting into fragrances. your videos have
been really informative and entertaining, it's cool to hear from others
like you who have a shared love of fragrances. :D thankyou!
great review like always.. so which reviewer go be the first to test out
the new Burberry Summer???? it smells great in my opinion but then again it
was on paper.. i may purchase it next weekend.. i also got a shitload of
samples today at macy's just for filling out for a card.. anyway yall be
good.. keep those reviews coming..
(deep sigh)... I wanted to give this one a chance, I really did. But when
people starting saying that I was smelling like cucumbers and/or wet grass
and the smell was being a little TOO offensive, I had to retire it and put
back in the collection. Not sure if anyone has gotten these type of
feedbacks as well.
Ah, some Tribe Called Quest is a great way to start off my morning and a
review of a former signature scent for me. I actually kept saying
"Carolina" rather than "Caroleena" myself until I was watching Kathy
Griffin's show where she mentioned the designer who made her dress for some
event.
code? lol. I got myself an Yves Saint Laurent L'Homme Cologne Gingembre for
like 10USD at a night market. IT HAS A CODE! hahahahahaha (I knew it was a
fake, but I simply purchased it just for the heck of it.). smells very
similar to the original and it gave me a nice 5 hours
Hi Marc! I know there are a lot of requests for you to review this and
that...so I have also a request! Could you review Calvin Klein Euphoria, or
the latest version Euphoria Intense (Both for men of course)?
I absolutely loved this. First experienced it as a sample from a copy of a
mens magazine. I have had many commpliments since using it and girls loved
it. You may not like it, but girls sure do =)
please do chic for men by ch! i would like to see if you get a lot of black
pepper out of it cuz i LOVE black pepper. burberry the beat is my all time
most favorite frag....... weird, hu? haha
Definitley not a summer fragrance... ive been wearing allot of perfumes but
to say this suites cold weather... it gives me headache in the heat... not
a knock off of course...
I made a video response to 959lover's trying to help people on how to

+vnetta662 I have tried GG but not flapper girl. What do you think of tiffany's donut shop or jelly donut if you have tried them? Have you tried berry me alive? Oh and thanks so much for getting back to me on this, you have been really helpful.
+laceandlove1225 IMO her scoopable was is stronger. Also with the scoopable, you can take a much or as little as you want. I usually order her tarts when I want to try a scent that I'm not familiar with. Melt it in a 24 watt and then I can pretty much tell whether or not I need more. I like her pink sugar scent and I blended it with her rosemary mint and lavender vanilla. I haven't melted it yet though but it smells divine. I hear VCS has many good blends. I tried two, and of them smelled delicious. The other one I was too crazy about. I believe they were called "GG" and "Flapper Girl".
I want so many it is hard to decide. Do you think her tarts do well, I have heard some people say that her scoopables seem to be stronger? Do you like any pink scents from her? I like to do my research before I order, so that I will like what I choose. I am melting VCS princess of Monaco and it is so good and strong.
+laceandlove1225 Yes!! Now that's what I'm talking about! Hocus Pocus is one that I NEED to get in scoopable. Rosemary Mint.....mmmmm and Birthday Bash, I may have tried in the old wax but not too sure about the new. I'm sure it's awesome. Yeah those are my kind of scents. Enjoy!
+laceandlove1225 Hi!! Tiffany's scoopables are just wonderful. It's a good investment and your favorites from her. I think one of my next ones to get will be stress relief and vanilla bean noel. Happy melting! <3<3
First of all, thank you so much for the lovely compliments! Second, I am
very excited that your daughter will be sharing her love for home fragrance
with us!! I think I've gotten a sneak peek of her in a couple of your
videos and she is beautiful!!. I will watch her video when I get home. Tell
her to have fun making videos!!!
I've never tried the ones from AC Moore. If you want to venture out, I also
recommend checking out the wax tarts at Walmart. Scentsationals and Better
Homes and Gardens have a great selection to choose from. And, there are so
many awesome wax vendors out there. Have fun finding awesome fruit scent
blends to melt.
Venetta my daughter watched this with me and she said you were so sweet and
kind! And pretty! And she loved that you look at the scents the way she and
I do...... Like aromatherapy ; ) check her out...she is trying to make
videos it's Pressley Cost!
