+BFHPET yeah if you have a slower computer like me you can just lengthen the buffer time in the audio settings, but if you're trying to record with a MIDI keyboard then the delay will be impossible to work around, so when I'm recording tracks it's crackle city until I can get this asio stuff working right, and even then might not really help.

+JV i got an i7 i got a flp of martin garrix dragon it were a really big project bigger than that one in this vid i trough it wasnt to good enough but i found some settings under audio and then cpu under fl studios settings it helped me alot and it started to run smoth! try that :)

+JV You do it from the BIOS. Before windows starts there will be a screen telling you to hit a button to go to BIOS, its usually something like F1. Then you need to go to advanced and look for "CPU ratio". It looks different for all in the BIOS depending on what motherboard you have so i can't give better details to where to find the CPU ratio. Once you find it change it step by step from 23, 24, 25, and so on until your computer doesn't crash while using it. 23 means 2.3GHz. Also you need a good CPU cooler to do this. If you are using a laptop it wont be possible. I'm using Crosair H60 CPU cooler. 

So how do i overclock it??

+JV Your ram doesn't matter for this as long as its over the recommended for fl studio. However your CPU could be better for sure. I have i5-4670k 3.4GHz. I used to have same problem as you. But when i overclocked my CPU to 4.5GHz the problem disappeared. I now have no underruns at all.

Stop the Windows Audio service on your computer

Make sure you don't have any other programs or browers open when you use it. Not sure excatly what it does, but I know I'm only able to have FL running when you use ASIO4ALL. Everything I open after the won't have any sound untill I use my primary sound driver again.
