Lovely menu, Maria! I presume you're on the East Coast, with Cod being available. Here in California, any kind of mild Rock Fish would be delicious, like Calico or Opaleye. Thank you! P.S. I think you'd be great doing a DVD of 'cooking basics' b/c so many young people don't know how to cook, and think a good meal must take hours and cost a lot, too. Your menus are very good.

Way to go Maria ! I made grilled ribeye steaks, stuff baked potatoes (twice baked), steamed sugar snap peas & broccoli, garlic bread, homemade cheesecake w/strawberry sauce for our Valentines dinner yesterday. Made extra potatoes to have for a future meal. And YES my dogs were in the house the entire time ! How North American of me eh? Great video Thanks !

Sounds like a great meal - will have to try that menu myself ... imagine letting your pet dogs actually reside with you as opposed to chaining them out back :=)

Thats my baby dog, his name is Isosceles, but we just call him Icy - he's a newfoundland. My big boy is Toscano, he is a Bernese Mt. Dog
