Yes, you are right, your metabolism is fast. It usually takes 2-3 months for metabolism to slow down and gain fat.Keep doing what you are doing, but don't go more than 3 weeks without cardio to prevent too much fat and water gain.
thanks for the quick reply i'll just switch it up abit with the dumbells and barbell. incline deline and regular. i seem to eat loads and i dont get fat anymore since i put on muscle and ran everyday almost for a year. must have boosted my metabolism.
+Adam Norris Thanks Adam. Our biggest growth both mentally and physically comes from doing things in a different manner. Think about this deeply. As far as dumbbells go, it increases range of motion for the press movement and independent for both sides. You need both, but you can completely eliminate barbell bench press even. But we are programmed to say "how much I bench". What it comes down to is - test different exercises and see which gives you the max progress (that you want), and stick with it.
+Adam Norris from your experience does dumbells build more chest muscle than barbell. and people say the ordinary bench press isnt worth doing. incline and decline are apparently alot better
