+신영환 Thanks! This was my first real video shoot with the BMCC. I didn't really know much about DaVinci Resolve, and stuck with the original BlackMagic BMDFilm to REC709 LUT. Lately, I've been using the BMDFilm to Rec 709 V2 LUT and Hook's LUTs. If my memory serves, it was a Canon 24-105 f/4. I used the same lens throughout the video, because it was the during the Polar Vortex and I was too cold to change lenses. I was so close, and zoomed in fully, on the parking meter that the depth of field was very shallow. Oh, and shooting wide open at f/4 with an ND filter. Even though f/4 isn't that wide open, you can still get the depth of field down quite shallow when you're zoomed in tight on the subject.

The music is from a production system called SmartSound. It's similar to the Apple Loops that come with GarageBand, but much more flexible and easier to use. The track I customized for this video is called "Me Too". The composer is Ariel Blumenthal. With SmartSound, I'm able to choose the exact length of the music, which instruments are present on any given track, and the mix of those instruments.

@PowerForGood A "lessor" race? I would argue as a CULTURE in the US for example, it's filled with dysfunction and primitive ideas. If you were born into a culture of anti-intellectualism, gangsta rap, victim complex etc you would be exactly the same. Trickle down economics that didn't trickle as referred by H. Ross Perot is one reason why our economy is in such a mess. Our cost of living has skyrocketed while or salaries rose marginally and the value of the dollar dwindled. Even much of the rich are feeling the bite, which is why they decided to open offshore accounts so they could survive. Many Americans have poor or no healthcare coverage at all. Accidents and illness does happen, which would become catastrophic to their finances.

What we have today is people defining themselves by their culture/race/religion etc and then being unable to have baseline respect or interaction with the others, breeding resentment and dysfunction. I'm tired of hearing this ridiculous fallacy that raising taxes even a little bit will cause all of the poor millionairs to go broke. America is going down the tubes because we let the rich and mulit-national corporations rape our nation and send that wealth overseas. They buy our politicians, pay ridiculously low taxes, and give little to nothing back to their community or their country.

@PowerForGood Race doesn't exist, only culture. A culture of poor education, ignorance, destructive behavior and thugs is what you should criticize. Genetically, every human is identical, as is brain power. Pigment or lack of doesn't have any significance beyond aesthetics and sunlight protection. It's all culture. Newark schools are likely poorly funded, and manufacturing jobs are gone. There's countless other variables beyond our understanding leading to Newark falling apart.

And there was a time when the Middle East and Asia were more technologically/scientifically advanced than Europe. If you're going to talk about "connections to their ancestors" then lets also talk about African American's before the 1980s. Let's talk about city schools being defunded in favor of more suburban funding. There are many influences.

@hawkdreaming blame our broken political system. We have a high corporate (not personal) tax rate of 35%. and then on top of this we have loopholes. So we have pointlessly high corp tax rate, that people cheat their way out of... What must be done is to set the corp tax rate at what the rest of the 1st world nations do, between 10% and 20%, and then close all the loopholes and deductions. But it seems as if Lobbyists control D.C. making the situation seem impossible to solve.

@strong8action There is all kinds of research, probably hundreds of thousands of studies on racism. You either are utterly clueless or a troll. Your apparent ignorance could be interpreted through non-ignorant explanation/theorems, but ignorance is the simplest explanation.
