When your in Holland watch out for dutch people on klompen when they are coming out of a coffeeshop and go to theyr windmolen on a fiets.they are eating kaas and tulpenbollen all day, when they go out they listen to a draaiorgel, every dutch has a draaiorgel at home. when you been nice all year then you get presents from sinterklaas and zwarte piet. So when a crazy dutch on klompen is coming out a coffeeshop go walk in the other direction they will kick you in the face.

And in the text under the video: All the cliché images.. how tourists still see the Netherlands. Try talking with a foreign person outside the Netherlands about what they think of Holland and first question you will get is: 'Is it really allowed to smoke marihuana?".

other than the bicycles, none of that has anything to do with the netherlands, but only with sight-seeing. sight-seeing looks roughly similar where-ever you go. you don't need to go to far away countries for that. well except if you live in the Americas, because they don't have old cultures that haven't completely died out. the only sight-seeing they have is what modern contraptions their massive cities are, and their rugged, barren wastelands.

@Kohrotean but nobody wears wooden shoes here. Like seriously, NO ONE. I've barely seen a field of tulips in my life and there are only a few windmills. And no, not everyone is high all day everyday. You might think the whole country is cute farmer-ish, but actually just a few places are like that and the rest of Holland is quite modern and boring city-ish :') Amsterdam is amazing though and Utrecht is really pretty too.

Haha, you have never been in the Netherlands. I live there, I've been in Amsterdam, and in 15 years of living in Amsterdam, I have never seen 1 drug addict walking around. And just because the cheese is the best in Holland, doesn't mean everyone likes it. It'd be pretty hard to find someone (in Australia at least) who didnt understand the concept of stereotypes. Most people I've met while travelling are very aware of their countries stereotype and most will actively make fun of it, for instance a french guy i met was always yelling something about fromage in the most ridiculous french accent.

I'm Dutch and please don't think we're all like this. The music is awful and not everyone likes cheese! And in my neighborhood there aren't much mills. AND THE MOST IMPORTANT: We don't wear that old-dutch clothes with clogs!!! (sorry for bad english)
