How typhoon form Videos

the thing about 'solar heaters' or HAARP is that they are scalar events. they shoot beams that are out of phase, or, phase canceled, aka, not in interaction so they have no effect essentially until they get to a certain point. once they reach that point they come in phase interaction and create a pulse in a given point, like a grenade for example. so, with this type of event, there is no tail or trail so the effect can be localized and isolated to create a specific situation. if this were just a consistent 'beam' it would not be able to create a localized event.

Again storm like Typhoon haiyan happen throughout the history. Haiyan is not the first there is storm stronger than haiyan before we have all this radio technology. Is not MANMADE! I feel sad and disappointed to guy like this who make video to mislead or create misunderstanding to viewers and there is already more than one million view on this video and there Is people especially Phillipino who believe in this .To all my beloved Phillipines friends I feel sorry for your lost but do not believe in anything that this guy said.. The storm are a byproduct of global warming not by HARRP I repeat not by HARRP or any government agencies if we don't do something about the global warming storm at this strength will become more often and causing more life lost.. I urge people to flag this video as misleading so video like this won't be spreading and causing more misunderstanding and sorrow. I have been watching this storm on November 3 when the storm was invest by Naval Research Laboratory aka NRL. I know what happen to the storm from beginning to the end.. Weather control isn't new. HAARP is an old US technology already and they have been using it multiple times in the past to create rainfall but the HAARP is not capable of creating a storm. They have something new that can create storms with gigantic diameter like the Haiyan and Katrina. Normal storms usually has lesser diameter. Storms with an unbelievable gigantic diameter like the Haiyan and Katrina are most likely created by their latest weather control technology and not by the HAARP. HAARP can only produce weird looking clouds that sometimes leaves traces like clouds falling to the ground or clouds that obviously don't look like normal clouds. These clouds produces rain but sometimes it does not. HAARP was abandoned by the US Military because it leaves obvious traces and it also failed to create the kind of destruction that they wanted. They have something new that is hard to detect unless you are monitoring the frequencies 24/7. The United States is not the only nation that is using this technology so do not single out on the United States. China, Russia and Iran are continously developing their weather control technologies. We cannot point a finger to anyone because there are too many suspects and their technology is so advanced that it leaves no evidence. It is so advanced that if you tell someone about it, that someone would probably tell someone that you are crazy.

IMHO,i believe this is what can government can do, we Filipinos are now facing the biggest problems what government made, because of the biggest scam called PORK BARREL officials of the government steals billions of pesos from us using our tax, because there are huge evidence witness, im convince that its all true and now i think its a tactic of our government to delay or to control us people by setting first the civil war that was happened in our country some say government paid terrorist to strike one of the city here in the philippines they want to delay or to fool people so people will forget the PORK BARREL SCAM and focus on watching the civil war in the televisions, after that civil war then the HUGE magnitude 7.2 earthquake hit the visayas region ! and now this TYPHOON called YOLANDA, do you think this was made by nature in an instance or the power of the government to pay HAARP, sorry for my english this is just an opinion godbless us filipinos hopefully we can recover and give justice to us why they steal billions of pesos put it in their own pocket, while so many of us are starving hoping to survive until the next day. godbless!
