no. this isnt considered a firearm since it was pre-1890 manufacture. a C&R ( i hold one) allows the purchase and direct shipment of post 1890 firearms.

times in Bilbao last October, I'm still watching it over and over. Best
yet, now I can share it with everyone. Too bad we'll be doing this leg by
way of Hawaii next year and miss out on all this fun. Perhaps my drysuit
