Half your weight in water? Does that mean how much the water weighs or the fluid ounces. If it is how much it weighs, I would have to drink about 15 gallons! I can drink a gallon, but don't know if I can do more. LOL Keep up the good work.

+Pidasian Hippie In ounces :) Sorry, I have been saying it so much I forgot to clarify. My mistake. 15 gallons is too much. You will poison yourself for sure. Its in ounces :) So if you weigh 100lbs, you will need 50 ounces of water.

I agree that water is so important. I notice a huge difference in my skin after drinking large amounts of water and it always gives me so much more energy.
